IF YOU LIKE ALL Jars Of Clay’S SONG GO FOR IT! After seeing Sunny Days, I had to have a good Jars Of Clay cd. On Who We Are Instead album, Jars Of Clay have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. Cool, but I like their other actual stuff better like Who We Are Instead.
If you are a Jars Of Clay fan, you will love Amazing Grace. Lonely People good vocals. After you’ve listened to Only Alive, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. Trouble Is the elegant and beautiful song on the album is hard to describe. |titile| is quite refreshing and sets the tone for what is going on in Who We Are Instead. Who We Are Instead couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track Show You Love. Lesser Things was the first single release from the album Who We Are Instead. I’m In The Way very upbeat. |titile| is the kind of record that makes you remember why music can be so addictive. The opening track Jealous Kind is very much like you would expect from other albums. Jars Of Clay must have run out of lyrics on the next track Sing. This song is very powerful, its catchy melody will have you singing along in no time.
