This is the first studio album from Blues Brothers since bad diagnosis in 2000. There is no doubt that Blues Brothers has talent. Thom Yorke has compared writing for Blues Brothers’s new album to that on ‘Blues Brothers Complete (cd2)’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. Enjoy the show.
Excusez moi mon cherie is a great opener for Blues Brothers Complete (cd2). Expressway to your heart is filled with very deep emotions that will truly touch your heart. Going back to miami has a fun tempo. Although From the bottom is very melodic it is far from sad. I ain’t got you to me is the best you can get from Blues Brothers. Nice and different song. Riot in cell number nine is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade. This track is clearly meant to showcase Blues Brothers’s vocal abilities. The old landmark is another favourite of mine. This track is nearly perfect if not perfect. Awesome song is really all that you can say about it. This track is a great song that still never gets old. Do you love me motivates you to get up and do something to improve your life and the life of others. I can’t stop playing Theme from rawhide. Minnie the moocher is a excellent song and it grows on you. Blues Brothers has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. Jailhouse rock is another strong production from Blues Brothers.
