After seeing Intro, I had to have a good Joe Budden cd. IF YOU LIKE ALL Joe Budden’S SONG GO FOR IT! Joe Budden isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. This album is a scorcher!
#1 had me crying as I was able to relate so well. It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: Pump It Up, which shows, blatantly, how much Joe Budden has evolved as a singer. Pusha Man is a song to enjoy for years to come. U Ain’t Gotta Go Home is nothing but pure genius. Strong, powerful vocals of Joe Budden in Walk With Me are very impressive. |titile| is quite refreshing and sets the tone for what is going on in Joe Budden. Survivor is an incredible song that has everything it needs to be another favorite track. Fire is such a astounding and optimistic song that things can get just better. It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. Calm Down is a bit of a show-tune. Focus is a romantic if not formulaic ditty. Give Me Reason great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool.Stand Up Nucca is worth the money. 10 Mins. is probably the highlight of the album. This song has very few things relative to that of it’s predecessor. No Joe Budden song has come close to capturing my attention as Porno Star did.
