There is no doubt that Tsunami Bomb has talent. It has been two years Tsunami Bomb’ last studio CD, “2002 - The Ultimate Escape” which won Array Emmy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. This album has some very good songs like Take The Reins and Russian Roulette. Tsunami Bomb “2002 - The Ultimate Escape” is an amazing album.
After about the third Russian Roulette listen through, I began to believe this song is Tsunami Bomb’s essence. In Say It If You Mean It Tsunami Bomb spins a tale you want to hear to the end. This song is like perfectly aged vintage bordeaux wine not a tequila shot. This track is clearly meant to showcase Tsunami Bomb’s vocal abilities. 20 Going On… - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem. The Simple Truth is a catchy, up-tempo track that has influence of music streams without leaning too much in that direction. The sound of Headlights On A Hand Grenade is difficult to describe, as it seems to squirm in a sensual manner, unlike anything ever created. Count Me Out is the albums biggest surprise. El Diablo as well as many of songs is a short story in miniature. This song is very powerful, its catchy melody will have you singing along in no time. Swimming Through Molasses is really a nice song to relax and listen too.
