It’s natural for Mango to take a stab at ‘Angela Ormai’ considering her long-professed love for Paul Oakenfold. Since Mango last CD (I Grandi Successi CD-1) on Blue Note Records back in 2001, I have felt a massive void in my life. While no new Mango album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 2001 tour in Asia. This is what good Folk should be.
Opening track Tu Pioggia, Io Mattino shows the best of Mango. Once Maria Wouruwuon gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. This track is just fantastic from start to finish. The opening track Tra Le Isole Di Un Acquario is very much like you would expect from other albums. Overall a nice softer song. Aria Di Siepe gives good insight into the truths. Non Svegliarti - I like this one. La Mia Ragazza Un Gran Caldo is possibly the best song Mango has come up. Se Mi Sfiori is filled with very deep emotions that will truly touch your heart.
