Glenn Frey’s debut, ‘Glenn Frey Live’, does not fit easily into one genre. I am not a real Rock: Pop-Rock music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Glenn Frey Live’ really is amazing. Now signed to Glenn Frey’s EMI Records, the title track from second album “Glenn Frey Live” leads Glenn Frey’s back-to-school campaign. This album is awesome.
Outside of the singles, my favorite song on Glenn Frey Live is New Kid In Town. The One You Love is kind of track that compels you to skip back and drink it in one more time before moving on through Glenn Frey Live. Awesome song is really all that you can say about it. After few listenings I started to like Strange Weather more and more. Glenn Frey emotions are reflected through I’ve Got Mine. Glenn Frey must have run out of lyrics on the next track Lyin’ Eyes Take It Easy. I think River Of Dreams is the best song Glenn Frey has ever done. True Love is astounding. Love In The 21st Century (6:11) - Oh, this is one of my favorites! I have all of Glenn Frey’s tracks and Smuggler’s Blues is probably the most his introspective effort. The Heat Is On one is one of the better boring ones. Heartache Tonight is amazing and different song. Glenn Frey sings his heart out in Desperado.
