Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Talamasca on ‘Aries’. Since Talamasca last CD (Zodiac) on Sparrow Records back in 2003, I have felt a massive void in my life. Self-described as Trance: Psychedelic with lots of words, Talamasca comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. Another great offering from Talamasca.
I find myself hearing bits of Taurus here and there throughout my waking hours. Gemini is worth the money. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on Zodiac. I hope to keep hearing Talamasca works for a long time to come. Virgo - A catchy, upbeat tune. Strong, powerful vocals of Talamasca in Libra are very impressive. As always, Talamasca’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again. This is one of those songs that musicians strive to write and create. Capricorn is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. Only one song from Zodiac named Aquarius really got me. Pisces to me is the best you can get from Talamasca.
