‘Judy and Judy in Love’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. It’s natural for Judy Garland to take a stab at ‘Judy: Come Rain Or Come Shine’ considering her long-professed love for Army of Lovers. This album has some very good songs like Judy: Come Rain Or Come Shine and Judy: Just Imagine. I love this album so much, i’ve been crazy about Judy Garland ever.
Judy: Just Imagine is possibly the best song Judy Garland has come up. I like the agression and power of Judy: I Feel A Song Coming On. Judy: Last Night When We Were Young - Well, here we get a bit more meaning. Musically Judy: Life Is Just A Bowl Of Cherries is superior to other tracks in Judy and Judy in Love. Some of the arrangements found on Judy and Judy in Love are surprisingly edgy. It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: Judy: I Will Come Back, which shows, blatantly, how much Judy Garland has evolved as a singer. This is one of those tracks that should not be judged after the first hearing. Opening track Judy: Lucky Day shows the best of Judy Garland. Judy: Memories Of You is a good listen every once in a while. Judy: Any Place I Hang My Hat Is Home is the funkiest number on the album. Judy In Love: Zing! Went The Strings Of My Heart - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem. Judy In Love: I Can’t Give You Anything But Love gives good insight into the truths. Judy In Love: This Is It is a medium tempo tune. In Judy In Love: More Than You Know the music gets its power. Get Judy and Judy in Love and turn on Judy In Love: I Am Loved if you are going to sip your wine late at night. Within the first few notes of Judy In Love: I Hadn’t Anyone Till You it’s perfectly clear that Judy Garland is living this song. From the moment you listen to Judy In Love: I Concentrate On You you’re hooked. Judy In Love: I’m Confessin’ (That I Love You) is an upbeat song with a constant snare hit. Judy In Love: Do I Love You? is the most memorable and astounding. Judy In Love: Do It Again is the album’s biggest hit, I think. Judy In Love: Day In - Day Out is a song that takes you on the journey before it reaches the conclusion.
