Since The Get Up Kids last CD (Eudora) on SixSteps records back in 2001, I have felt a massive void in my life. I am not a real Indie music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Eudora’ really is amazing. On the Luxembourg charts, superstar The Get Up Kids’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. Eudora is not something you should pass up.
Listening to Suffragette City you can hear that The Get Up Kids has still amazing chemistry with band members. When listening to Central Standard Time, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. Close to Me motivates you to get up and do something to improve your life and the life of others. Forgive And Forget - This is a very lively song. In Regret The Get Up Kids is at his best. Beer for Breakfast is the first taste of the new album. Newfound Mass (2000) pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. Alec Eiffel - This one makes me want to not only sing along. Impossible Outcomes - A catchy, upbeat tune.
