Since completing 2002’s ‘Trailer’, Sigue Sigue Sputnik fulfilled their contract with Sparrow Records and where under no obligation to release another album. This is the first studio album from Sigue Sigue Sputnik since bad diagnosis in 2002. This is one of the best Cd’s Sigue Sigue Sputnik has dropped to date. Blak Elvis touched my soul like nothing else.
I can’t stop playing The King Of Rock And Roll. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on Blak Elvis. This is the kind of song I think of when I think of Sigue Sigue Sputnik. Always On My Mindwarp I just LOVE this mix! Burning Luv one is one of the better boring ones. Shook Up (3:43) Not one of my favorites, but for a lot of people this is one of their best songs. Double Trouble make listening to Sigue Sigue Sputnik like being in some sort of time warp. Mystery Trainz has a fun tempo. Kan’t Help Falling In Love is nothing short of a modern masterpiece. This track is a killer, it just grabs you instantly.
