Self-described as Pop with lots of words, Ruff Ryders comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. ‘Ryde Or Die, Vol. 2′ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. There is no doubt that Ruff Ryders has talent. Oh yes, this album gets Array out of Array
This is one of those songs that musicians strive to write and create. Got It All (feat. Eve and Jadakiss) is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. I find myself hearing bits of Ryde Or Die Boyz (feat. Yung Wun and Larsiny) here and there throughout my waking hours. It’s A Holiday (Skit) is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. Vocals of Ruff Ryders in Holiday (feat. Styles) really capture me and are set perfectly to the rhythm. Weed, Hoes, Dough (feat. Drag-On) is so unique, as each one of the songs is. Fuck Da’ Hoes (Skit) - arguably the best track on Ryde Or Die, Vol. 2 album. Music in Fright Night (feat. Busta Rhymes and Swizz Beatz) is exquisite as in all tracks of Ryde Or Die, Vol. 2. My Name Is Kiss (feat. Jadakiss) - This is a very lively song. Twisted Heat (feat. Twista and Drag-On) without a doubt is the standout song of Ryde Or Die, Vol. 2. Go Head (feat. The Lox) one of the best in my collection. What sets I’m A H-O-E (Skit) apart is Ruff Ryders’s innovative and organic way of creating atmospheres. Stomp (feat. Trick Daddy and Yung Wun) (4:13) a good melody. The Great (feat. DMX) was the first single release from the album Ryde Or Die, Vol. 2. One listen to the sheer beauty of It’s Going Down (feat. Parle) was all I needed.
