This is the first studio album from Minor Threat since bad diagnosis in 2003. It has been two years Minor Threat’ last studio CD, “First Demo Tape” which won Array Grammy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. Lead single “Minor Threat” and “Stand Up” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. Cool, but I like their other actual stuff better like First Demo Tape.
It’s so catchy, it’s amazing. Seeing Red is worth the money. The beautiful sound of this track makes you want to close your eyes and sway away with the music. Small Man, Big Mouth is just simply stunning. Straight Edge without a doubt is the standout song of First Demo Tape. First time I heard Guilty Of Being White was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing.Overall a nice softer song.
