Concert De Noel carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. After seeing Sainte Nuit, I had to have a good Bruno Pelletier cd. Mila Sparrow has compared writing for Bruno Pelletier’s new album to that on ‘Concert De Noel’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. Concert De Noel is not something you should pass up.
Bruno Pelletier offers the kind of music here that makes you reflect on yourself. Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas (4:04) - Oh, this is one of my favorites! Within the first few notes of Ensemble it’s perfectly clear that Bruno Pelletier is living this song. |titile| is the kind of record that makes you remember why music can be so addictive. It’s a great pleasure to listen to Mon Beau Sapin from the beginning to the end. No Bruno Pelletier song has come close to capturing my attention as Quand Les Hommes Vivront DAmour did. What A Wonderful World is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. Musically Imagine is superior to other tracks in Concert De Noel. It’s such an underrated song. Joyeux Noel one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. Adeste Fideles - A nice song. The opening track Miserere is very much like you would expect from other albums.
