When you buy a Blood For Blood album, you know exactly what you’re getting! Outlaw Anthems carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Blood For Blood energies, virtually a rebirth. This is the best album I have heard in a long time
Mother Dear is almost impossible to review. Blood For Blood must have run out of lyrics on the next track Ain’t Like You (Wasted Youth II). Dead End Street is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. It’s so catchy, it’s amazing. Blood For Blood breathes new life into the music in So Common, So Cheap. I believe Tear Out My Eyes is one of the most cool, heartfelt songs ever written. Some Kind Of Hate is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade. Love Song is a astounding song and it grows on you. Bloodshed - A nice song. It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: She’s Still A Bitch (Called Hope), which shows, blatantly, how much Blood For Blood has evolved as a singer.
