Various Artists had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. I am not a real Pop music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Queen Of Soul [CD 4]’ really is amazing. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Various Artists energies, virtually a rebirth. Another great offering from Various Artists.
I have all of Various Artists’s tracks and How I Got Over (Aretha Franklin) is probably the most his introspective effort. So Swell When You’re Well (Aretha Franklin) is a striking and quite long song. Master Of Eyes (The Deepness Of Your Eyes) (Aretha Franklin) makes a person feel cool. Somewhere (Aretha Franklin) is another strong production from Various Artists. So much energy, so exciting a sound.Ain’t Nothing Like The Real Thing (Aretha Franklin) actually sounds so joyous, that you can practically see a smile on Various Artists’s face. Until You Come Back To Me (That’s What I’m Gonna Do) (Aretha Franklin) is another favourite of mine. Every Natural Thing (Aretha Franklin) - I just love it. This song has very few things relative to that of it’s predecessor. I listened to the opening track With Everything I Feel In Me (Aretha Franklin) and liked it a lot. |titile| is quite refreshing and sets the tone for what is going on in Queen Of Soul [CD 4]. I hope to keep hearing Various Artists works for a long time to come. Sparkle (Aretha Franklin) is probably the most interesting track on Queen Of Soul [CD 4]. Rock With Me (Aretha Franklin) is really the reason why I recommend buying Queen Of Soul [CD 4]. Don’t judge Break It To Me Gently (Aretha Franklin) on the first listening. It’s such an underrated song.
