Gary Stadler’s debut, ‘Fairy Of The Woods’, does not fit easily into one genre. Self-described as New Age with lots of words, Gary Stadler comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Gary Stadler on ‘Sometimes’. Another great offering from Gary Stadler.
Dreamspell is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade. This track is clearly meant to showcase Gary Stadler’s vocal abilities. Some call Awakening from Fairy Of The Woods as a quiet invitation of an artist to sit and listen. Fairy Of The Woods is one of these floating songs. Breath Of Love makes a person feel marvelous. I can’t stop humming along Moonflight. Still going through Fairy Of The Woods and coming to appreciate Forest Dark’n more and more with every listen. I like to sing along with Pool Of Light, though I mess up the lyrics sometimes. This is the kind of song I think of when I think of Gary Stadler.
