There is no doubt that Elis Regina has talent. This album has some very good songs like Aprendendo a Jogar and Casa no Campo. ‘Sucessos inesqueciveis (cd3)’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. Oh yes, this album gets Array out of Array
Don’t judge Casa no Campo on the first listening. Fascinacao has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. Elis Regina sings his heart out in Madalena. It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: Nada Sera como Antes, which shows, blatantly, how much Elis Regina has evolved as a singer. Travessia - I just love it. Elis Regina is hitting on all cylinders in Me Deixa em Paz. In Romaria Elis Regina is at his best. This song has very few things relative to that of it’s predecessor. This track is a great song that still never gets old. Dois pra La Dois pra Ca - A strong beat. Cartomante as well as many of songs is a short story in miniature. In this song fans will recognize the unique vocals of Elis Regina.
