Adiemus V: Vocalise isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. While no new Karl Jenkins album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 2003 tour in Asia. This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by Karl Jenkins. Great New Age right here!
The Protector great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool.In this song fans will recognize the unique vocals of Karl Jenkins. Opening track Dona Nobis Pacem - Part I shows the best of Karl Jenkins. Dona Nobis Pacem - Part II - For me, this is the best of the album. In Akruzam Karl Jenkins spins a tale you want to hear to the end. A great put together song. Exit Schwanda has a fun tempo. Bendigedig - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of Karl Jenkins. Schubert’s Dance - arguably the best track on Adiemus V: Vocalise album. Berceuse Pour Un Enfant Solitaire - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem. Vocal harmonies in this track are great and song structure is just right. This is the kind of song I think of when I think of Karl Jenkins. I’ve found myself listening to Mi Contra Fa, Diabolus In Musica back to back and back many times. Vocalise - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites. Boogie Woogie Llanoogie is possibly the most mysterious and inexplicable track Karl Jenkins ever produced.
