After seeing Decadence Of Dignity, I had to have a good Falconer cd. Falconer’s debut, ‘Chapters From A Vale Forlorn’, does not fit easily into one genre. This is one of the best Cd’s Falconer has dropped to date. Overall, I would highly recommend Chapters From A Vale Forlorn CD.
Enter The Glade is such a cool and optimistic song that things can get just better. This is probably my favorite song on the album. For Life and Liberty - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of Falconer. We Sold Our Homesteads is a very catchy tune. It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. Portals Of Light is perfect and different song. Voice of Falconer in Stand In Veneration is honest and guitar work is subtle and poignant. Falconer is one of artists that allow his songs like Busted To The Floor to stand on their own and be heard.
