This -song debut EP shows the promise that Disarm has. five years ago, Disarm briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Maldita Garancia”. This album has some very good songs like Resistir and Maldita Garancia. Sofrer ate quando? is not something you should pass up.
I listened to the opening track Maldita Garancia and liked it a lot. |titile| is quite refreshing and sets the tone for what is going on in Sofrer ate quando?. Strong percussion and poignant lyrics of this track really gets under your skin. It’s so catchy, it’s amazing. Terra Esquecida is a very catchy tune. I have all of Disarm’s tracks and Pare a matanca dos animais is probably the most his introspective effort. This track is nearly perfect if not perfect. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is Inocencia e morte. III reich gets you up and jumping. Within the first few notes of Viver por viver it’s perfectly clear that Disarm is living this song. Direitos dos animais is possibly the best song Disarm has come up. Quem e o cidadao? is a striking and quite long song. Ser Humano is new, fresh, and hypnotizing. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. Outside of the singles, my favorite song on Sofrer ate quando? is Fabrica de ilusoes. Trabalho escravo - another great track from the Sofrer ate quando? album. Realidade is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. A unique and uplifting song. Guerras nao is a strong cut, one of many. Once you hear Sofrer ate quando?, you will listen to it over and over. Governante sujo has a fun tempo. Futuro sem fome is a song to enjoy for years to come. Bandas de embalmo is one of the more up-tempo songs on Sofrer ate quando?. Destrua o nazismo stands out to me for its audacious melody and sheer beauty. liberdade, igualdade is a great opener for Sofrer ate quando?.
