This album has some very good songs like Zazen and Path To Enlightenment. I am not a real New Age music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Zen Escape’ really is amazing. Dan Gibson’s debut, ‘Zen Escape’, does not fit easily into one genre. Oh yes, this album gets Array out of Array
A unique and uplifting song. Put Ambrosial Dew into car stereo for your highway driving Azure Skies - A nice song. The Songbird is one of the best records ever. Outside of the singles, my favorite song on Zen Escape is Love and Devotion. Answered By Silence very upbeat. Amidst The Cherry Blossoms rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. Dan Gibson has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. The Sacred Shrine is worth the money. From the moment you listen to Reunion Of Joy you’re hooked. Perpetual Peace (6:25) a good melody. Vocals of Dan Gibson in The Gateless Gate really capture me and are set perfectly to the rhythm.
