Since Dan Gibson last CD (Legend Of The Wolf) on Mute Records back in 2000, I have felt a massive void in my life. This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by Dan Gibson. Legend Of The Wolf isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. This album is a scorcher!
After few listenings I started to like In The Den more and more. This song is very powerful, its catchy melody will have you singing along in no time. Learning To Howl is probably one of Dan Gibson’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. Moving The Pack (8:09) Not one of my favorites, but for a lot of people this is one of their best songs. First Hunt - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites. The Beckoning is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after Legend Of The Wolf have ended. Rituals Of Winter is astounding song though, very addictive.
