Now signed to Dan Gibson’s Sparrow Records, the title track from second album “Artic Echoes” leads Dan Gibson’s back-to-school campaign. This is the first studio album from Dan Gibson since bad diagnosis in 2002. This album has some very good songs like Nesting and Ice Floes. Artic Echoes touched my soul like nothing else.
Ice Floes is one of the more up-tempo songs on Artic Echoes. Music and lyrics of Northbound creates, for me, fertile ground for daydreaming. Barrenlands is filled with very deep emotions that will truly touch your heart. Voice of Dan Gibson in Birth Of An Iceberg is honest and guitar work is subtle and poignant. Northwest Passage is another strong production from Dan Gibson. Migration is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day. So much energy, so exciting a sound.
