Now signed to Biz Markie’s Virgin Records, the title track from second album “Weekend Warrior” leads Biz Markie’s back-to-school campaign. Weekend Warrior is an amazing album, racked with beauty.Since Biz Markie last CD (Weekend Warrior) on Virgin Records back in 2003, I have felt a massive void in my life. Weekend Warrior is preety good and all the songs have a good meaning behind them.
Tear Sh** Up (featuring Jazzy Jeff) is another strong production from Biz Markie. I listened to the opening track Chinese Food and liked it a lot. This track is a killer, it just grabs you instantly. Like A Dream (featuring Lil ` Kal) - I just love it. Biz Markie must have run out of lyrics on the next track Biz Clownin’ (Interlude). Throw Back had me crying as I was able to relate so well. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. Do Your Thang (featuring P. Diddy) presents the astounding mix of instruments on Weekend Warrior. Country (Interlude) was the first single release from the album Weekend Warrior. Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with Turn Back The Hands Of Time (featuring Lil ` Kal). Games makes a person feel gorgeous. This track is just a stunning masterpiece. Party To The Break-A-Day gets you up and jumping. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is Beatbox (Interlude). A fantastic track full of wonder. Get Down - A nice song. I like the idea behind Ei Ya.
