Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Pharaoh on ‘Never, Not Again’. Self-described as Metal: Power with lots of words, Pharaoh comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. On the Finland charts, superstar Pharaoh’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. Enjoy the show.
Album opener Now Is The Time is a bright, upbeat ditty. Solar Flight is Pharaoh’s best work in years. Opening track Unum shows the best of Pharaoh. Slaves one is one of the better boring ones. Once you hear Heart Of The Enemy, you will listen to it over and over. Pharaoh sings his heart out in Forever Free. In Flash Of The Dark the music gets its power. After The Fire is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined.
