Since completing 2003’s ‘Freezer’, Oscar fulfilled their contract with Capitol Records and where under no obligation to release another album. Oscar had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Oscar on ‘Freezer’. One of Oscar’s best albums yet.
Sergent Bossa is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. Love this way again is an incredible song that has everything it needs to be another favorite track. Big apple the elegant and beautiful song on the album is hard to describe. Parisian soul - I like this one. It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: Loa, which shows, blatantly, how much Oscar has evolved as a singer. Juice da beatz is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. Lo fu(nk) catches attention immediately, Sunday 17th - A strong beat. Song Huggy superstar is actually a funny song. Afrodisiac is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day.
