This disc has all of the essential Kodo classics. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Kodo energies, virtually a rebirth. There is no doubt that Kodo has talent. Mondo Head is not something you should pass up.
This is one hell of a track. Blew our minds when we first heard Okesa Prayer. This track is nearly perfect if not perfect. Maracatu is a amazing, simple song by Kodo at the top of his game. Psychopomp is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo. Daraijin is worth the money. Once Oya y Ogun gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. Echo Bells is simply marvelous. I listened to the opening track Kashira and liked it a lot. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is Ektal.
