I like Im Zoologischen Garten because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. Die Zitherstunde - I like this one. In Karl Valentin tanzt nach der Schrift the music gets its power. Schfflertanz as a highlight of Gesamtausgabe Ton (CD2) contains a ton of gorgeous melodies. Vereinsrede marked the continuation of Karl Valentin in style evolution. Der Hund is possibly the best song Karl Valentin has come up. In Ohrfeigen the light shines equally on lyrics, vocals and instrumentation. Die Brille - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites. In der Apotheke gives taste of what makes Karl Valentin special as a musician. Der neue Buchhalter Maier is one of the best records ever. Verkehrsordnung actually sounds so joyous, that you can practically see a smile on Karl Valentin’s face. Der Trompeter von Sckingen - This is a very lively song. Am Fuballplatz - This one makes me want to not only sing along. You have to get essence of the Geistreiche Verse’s power, to truly understand this masterpiece. Bum, Bum, Bum is a bit of a show-tune. This track is full of harmonies and gets Gesamtausgabe Ton (CD2) off to a relaxing start.
