Now signed to Holly Cole’s ForeFront Records, the title track from second album “The Best of Holly Cole” leads Holly Cole’s back-to-school campaign. Holly Cole had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. I am not a real Jazz music type of person, but i have to admit ‘The Best of Holly Cole’ really is amazing. I Love The Best of Holly Cole from start to finish!
When listening to I’ve Just Seen A Face, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. Put Make It Go Away into car stereo for your highway driving This song has very few things relative to that of it’s predecessor. I think I Want You is the best song Holly Cole has ever done. Strong, powerful vocals of Holly Cole in Jersey Girl are very impressive. Cry (If You Want To) is probably the highlight of the album. Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with Don’t Let The Teardrops Rust Your Shining Heart. I Can See Clearly Now is a bit different from Holly Cole stereotypical stuff. The beautiful sound of this track makes you want to close your eyes and sway away with the music. Calling You (4:41) a good melody. God Will defines beauty, yet is as unforgiving as an astringent stone. A great put together song.
