Welcome 2 Electric City isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by Freestyle Project. There were many famous songs of Freestyle Project available. Freestyle Project is one of my favourite bands of all time.
Album opener Baby Baby Baby (Extatic Melody Mix) is a bright, upbeat ditty. Do what ever U want (Club Mix) is another strong production from Freestyle Project. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. You can find feelings on this piece of art. |titile| is the kind of record that makes you remember why music can be so addictive. Megamix Part 2 (Short Cut) is a romantic if not formulaic ditty. Freestyle Project has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. One of the songs that always stick in my mind is Music for my Soul (Vocoder Mix) because the melody in the chorus is so good. The song feels complete. Rock your Body (Extended Mix) - arguably the best track on Welcome 2 Electric City album. The Freestyle Megamix (Short Cut) is such a gorgeous and optimistic song that things can get just better. Time don’t fool (Club Mix) is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after Welcome 2 Electric City have ended. After you’ve listened to True Love (Short Cut), most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate.
