Thom Yorke has compared writing for Fink’s new album to that on ‘Fresh Produce’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. This is one of the best Cd’s Fink has dropped to date. This album has some very good songs like Tubb Journey and Fink Vs. DJ Alicat. Such great and happy songs.
Fink has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. You have to get essence of the We Are Ninja’s power, to truly understand this masterpiece. Break and Enter very upbeat. Ever Since I Was A Kid (Pt. 1) is a bit different from Fink stereotypical stuff. It Seemed I Collected Somethin marked the continuation of Fink in style evolution. Overall a nice softer song. Still going through Fresh Produce and coming to appreciate Green more and more with every listen. I can’t stop playing Celebrity Speedtrap. First time I heard Bristol Switch was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing.
