Since Deep Blue last CD (The Helicopter Tune (SHADOW158)) on Blue Note Records back in 2002, I have felt a massive void in my life. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Deep Blue on ‘The Helicopter Tune (C4C remix)’. ‘The Helicopter Tune (SHADOW158)’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. The Helicopter Tune (SHADOW158) touched my soul like nothing else.
The Helicopter Tune (Helicopter 97) is cool song though, very addictive.
