On Suspiria album, Darkwell have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. This album has some very good songs like Pictures Of Strive and Blackheart. It’s natural for Darkwell to take a stab at ‘Pictures Of Strive’ considering her long-professed love for 2 Unlimited. I wish that “Suspiria” album was instrumental.
Blackheart is a romantic if not formulaic ditty. Ladies’ Choice is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo. Don’t judge Path To Salvation on the first listening. The Beginning catches attention immediately, This track is a great song that still never gets old. The Rejuvination is so unique, as each one of the songs is. Suspiria to me is the best you can get from Darkwell. Realm Of Darkness - A nice song. The song Armageddon ending is my favorite… so catchy!
