Arcturus had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. While no new Arcturus album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 2003 tour in Africa. ‘La Masquerade Infernale’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. If I may, I suggest “Master Of Disguise”. That one song is amazing!
As always, Arcturus’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again. Chaos Path - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. La Masquerade Infernale is one of the best records ever. After few listenings I started to like Alone more and more. Throne Of Tragedy catches attention immediately, The song feels complete. There is astounding mix of music in Of Nails And Sinners.
