This sixteen-song debut EP shows the promise that Thy Majestie has. Thy Majestie was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Thy Majestie and The Lasting Power together. After seeing Thy Majestie Theme, I had to have a good Thy Majestie cd. Thy Majestie “The Lasting Power” is an amazing album.
I like the idea behind Wings Of Wind. March Of The Damned - This one is lively and fun. |titile| is a sure sign of something most of us are experiencing, maturity. A fantastic track full of wonder. Music in Durnovaria is amazing as in all tracks of The Lasting Power. Once …At The Village gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. Mystery Of Forest is a very catchy tune. Within the first few notes of Cruenta Pugna it’s perfectly clear that Thy Majestie is living this song. The Green Lands is an upbeat song with a constant snare hit. As always, Thy Majestie’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again. Tears Of Sorrow to me is the best you can get from Thy Majestie. Song Treachery is actually a funny song. Nympfi’s Recall is a bit different from Thy Majestie stereotypical stuff. Time To Battle as a highlight of The Lasting Power contains a ton of marvelous melodies.
