Hastings 1066 isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. After debuting at No. 1 last week, Thy Majestie’s album Hastings 1066 falls to No. 2 with 821,000, a sales slide of 56%. It has been eleven years Thy Majestie’ last studio CD, “Hastings 1066″ which won Array MTV Music Awards and was nominated for album of the year. It is very deep stuff - very exciting
This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor. This song has very few things relative to that of it’s predecessor. The Sight Of Telham Hill (5:53) a good melody. Incipit Bellum is simply cool. Intro Scream is really the reason why I recommend buying Hastings 1066. The Scream Of Taillefer - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem. Although I prefer the faster paced music, I think Intro Anger is my favorite song on Hastings 1066. Anger Of Fate (7:13) - Oh, this is one of my favorites! Intro Pride is a very catchy tune. The Pride Of A Housecarl is a strong cut, one of many. I love the melodic melody of Through The Bridge Of Spears and to this day it makes me feel good. From the sound of it, I believe the song can be a big radio hit.
