I am not a real New Age music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Moai’ really is amazing. This eleven-song debut EP shows the promise that Monica Ramos has. Moai is an amazing album, racked with beauty.It is very deep stuff - very exciting
No Monica Ramos song has come close to capturing my attention as La Brisa (The Morning Breeze) did. After about the third Ocean listen through, I began to believe this song is Monica Ramos’s essence. Eternidad ( Eternity) is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. Such hits like Moai will leave you hooked. |titile| is quite refreshing and sets the tone for what is going on in Moai. Pensamientas (Pondering) stands out to me for its audacious melody and sheer beauty. Amor Perdido (Lost Love) is kind of track that compels you to skip back and drink it in one more time before moving on through Moai. Blew our minds when we first heard Merlene. Monica Ramos is hitting on all cylinders in Te Espero (Waiting (For You)).
