Gregorian Harmony isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. Now signed to Midori’s Columbia Records, the title track from second album “Gregorian Harmony” leads Midori’s back-to-school campaign. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Midori on ‘Gregorian Soul’. One of Midori’s best albums yet.
Mercy on Me actually sounds so joyous, that you can practically see a smile on Midori’s face. You have to get essence of the Through Dark Ages’s power, to truly understand this masterpiece. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. Pange Lingua is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music. This is one hell of a track. Devotion is probably the most interesting track on Gregorian Harmony. The song feels complete.
