Layo and Bushwacka’s debut, ‘All Night Long (cd1)’, does not fit easily into one genre. nine years ago, Layo and Bushwacka briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Special Place - Higashida Tomohiro”. On All Night Long (cd1) album, Layo and Bushwacka have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. Overall, I would highly recommend All Night Long (cd1) CD.
This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. The beautiful sound of this track makes you want to close your eyes and sway away with the music. Jam on It - Newcleus, (5:16) - awsome. Funny Break [Layo & Bushwacka! Mix] - Orbital gives taste of what makes Layo and Bushwacka special as a musician. Song Scorpio Swift is actually a funny song. Vocals of Layo and Bushwacka in Think Twice - The Detroit Experiment really capture me and are set perfectly to the rhythm. All of songs on All Night Long (cd1) and have something to say letting alone Serve It Up [Brooks Hip House Mix] - Capitol A,. I can’t stop playing From the Ghetto - Dread Flimstone. Acid Thunder/Yo Yo Get Funky - Fast Eddie is a good listen every once in a while. This is the most melodic ambitious and satisfying track in All Night Long (cd1). I’m in Love rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. Take 5 - Johnny Fiasco without a doubt is the standout song of All Night Long (cd1). Juice Stop is a medium tempo tune. This is one of those tracks that should not be judged after the first hearing.
