It’s natural for Kotipelto to take a stab at ‘Intro’ considering her long-professed love for UB40. On the Thailand charts, superstar Kotipelto’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. While no new Kotipelto album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 2002 tour in Africa. To me Kotipelto is the best band ever.
Travel Through Time - isn’t quite as powerful vocally, but has a beautiful melody. Beginning still maintains something of a specific flourish. Lord Of Eternity is one of my favorite songs by Kotipelto. After few listenings I started to like Knowledge and Wisdom more and more. Battle Of The Gods is a bit different from Kotipelto stereotypical stuff. Beauty Has Come is an upbeat song with a constant snare hit. In Vizier the music gets its power. Chosen By Re without a doubt is the standout song of Waiting For The Dawn. From the moment you listen to Waiting For The Dawn you’re hooked. Arise as a highlight of Waiting For The Dawn contains a ton of perfect melodies. The Movement Of The Nile as well as many of songs is a short story in miniature.
