John Zorn’s debut, ‘Hemophiliac Disc 2′, does not fit easily into one genre. It has been one years John Zorn’ last studio CD, “Hemophiliac Disc 2″ which won Array Academy Awards� and was nominated for album of the year. Lead single “Dong Quai” and “Essence of Primrose” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. Great Classical right here!
This track is a great song that still never gets old. The beautiful sound of this track makes you want to close your eyes and sway away with the music. The Black Radish is one of my favorite songs by John Zorn. I love the melodic melody of Red Clover and to this day it makes me feel good. I like Blessed Thistle because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. Silymarin is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. Black Kohosh - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of John Zorn. In The Squaw Vine you won’t find any flashy solos. It’s such an underrated song.
