While no new J. S. Bach album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 2000 tour in Africa. ‘Guitar Transcriptions’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. There were many famous songs of J. S. Bach available. I Love Guitar Transcriptions from start to finish!
One of the songs that always stick in my mind is Partita in A minor-Corrente because the melody in the chorus is so good. Album opener Partita in A minor-Sarabande is a bright, upbeat ditty. This track is clearly meant to showcase J. S. Bach’s vocal abilities. Prelude in E major is filled with very deep emotions that will truly touch your heart. Music and lyrics of Prelude in C (A) major creates, for me, fertile ground for daydreaming. Adagiosissimo is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. Harpsichord Concerto-Allegro is almost impossible to review. Harpsichord Concerto-Adagio is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after Guitar Transcriptions have ended. Harpsichord Concerto-Presto is a nice, innocuous song, and much better than anything J. S. Bach released so far. Sonata in G (A) minor-Adagio - A classic J. S. Bach track. Sonata in G (A) minor-Fuge (Allegro) is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. Sonata in G (A) minor-Siciliana is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade. You can find feelings on this piece of art.
