Enrique Morente had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. ‘Cantes Antiguos Del Flamenco’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. This album has some very good songs like Que Te Quise Con Locura and Los Ojos Abrio. If I may, I suggest “Que Te Quise Con Locura”. That one song is amazing!
It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with De Rabia Rompi A Reir. In En Lo Mejor De Tus Suenos the music gets its power. Por Las Trenzas De Tu Pelo make listening to Enrique Morente like being in some sort of time warp. After you’ve listened to Estrella De Fuego, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. Soy Del Reino De Almeria - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody. Si Vas A San Antolin is perfect. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is Pago Con La Vida. This track is a great song that still never gets old.
