ten years ago, Enid briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Land Of The Lost”. ‘Seelenspiegel’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Enid on ‘Soulglass’. This is the best album I have heard in a long time
Land Of The Lost is the more seemingly obscure song on Seelenspiegel that bear up best to repeated listening. I came to like Nexus. Strong percussion and poignant lyrics of this track really gets under your skin. This track is a fabulous selection of easy listening, suitable for any age, taste or occasion. All of songs on Seelenspiegel and have something to say letting alone The Forbidden Site. And Soon Will Fall The Days (6:04) - Oh, this is one of my favorites! Seelenfrieden - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. Helios’ Niedergang great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool.
