This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by Angels Of Venice. After seeing Carol Of The Bells, I had to have a good Angels Of Venice cd. The opening track God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen is very much like you would expect from other albums. This track is just fantastic from start to finish. One listen to the sheer beauty of Polorum Regina - Llibre Vermell (The Red Book, 14Th Century) was all I needed. No Angels Of Venice song has come close to capturing my attention as What Child Is This did. We Three Kings catches attention immediately, All of songs on Sanctus and have something to say letting alone O Holy Night. Some call Silent Night from Sanctus as a quiet invitation of an artist to sit and listen. Edelweiss has a beautifully haunting disco flavor. This is probably my favorite song on the album. This is one of those songs that musicians strive to write and create. Angels Of Venice is one of artists that allow his songs like Carol Of The Bells (Vocal Version) to stand on their own and be heard.
