Since Aereogramme last CD (Sleep and Release) on Sparrow Records back in 2003, I have felt a massive void in my life. Self-described as Indie with lots of words, Aereogramme comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. IF YOU LIKE ALL Aereogramme’S SONG GO FOR IT! Sleep and Release is not something you should pass up.
Black Path is a medium tempo tune. A Simple Process Of Elimination - For me, this is the best of the album. Older have really caught my ear and imagination. No Really, Everything’s Fine very upbeat. Although I prefer the faster paced music, I think Wood is my favorite song on Sleep and Release. Yes has a fun tempo. In Gratitude pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. Aereogramme has astounded me with this amazing track. (Sic!) is really a nice song to relax and listen too.
